How to Get Access to Vanport Clean Fill
To ensure a smooth approval process, please follow the directions below.
For NEW customers, follow ALL steps. For RETURNING customers, follow steps 2-4
1. Complete the Vanport Clean Fill Master Agreement (CFMA)
• All new customers are required to submit a signed CFMA. Use the button above to start.
• Email your Certificate of Insurance (COI) to ap@fern-rock.com once completed.
2. Submit the DEP Clean Fill Certification Form (FP001)
• A separate FP001 form must be completed online through the DEP GreenPort system for each jobsite.
3. Complete the Commercial Terms and Payment Agreement (CTPA)
• After receiving your FP001 confirmation, fill out the CTPA to finalize your project setup
• This form will need be to completed for each job you will be bringing fill from.
4. Review Required Site Documents
• Scroll down to access and review the Wright Brothers Development VII NPDES Permit and the Job Haul Route before arriving on site.
